SENT QMP304 Hydraulic pump
QMP304 is a special pneumatic pump for hydraulic wrench, which is assembled in an integrated way and consists of oil pump, control valve, oil tank, and pneumatic motor, an independent and complete hydraulic device composed of cooler and instrument, which has the advantages of large flow, small volume, light weight, simple structure. It has the characteristics of convenient operation and high working pressure, and the oil outlet pressure of high-pressure outlet can be adjusted arbitrarily between 0-70mpa.

- QMP304 Hydraulic pump is a three-stage pump. The high-pressure outlet is equipped with a high-pressure overflow valve.
- The set pressure of the low-pressure outlet is 5-7Mpa, and the medium pressure is 30-35Mpa.

Operation Notes
- Hydraulic oil which used in hydraulic pump: 32# wear resistant hydraulic oil. It is forbidden to use the hydraulic oil which contains water or Corrosive medium to the steel or aluminum.
- Ambient temperature of hydraulic pump: – 10 ~ 60 ℃ (if low-temperature hydraulic oil is replaced, it can be used at – 30 ℃).
- The hydraulic pump is connected with the actuator through high-pressure hose and high-pressure connector. For work safety, please use SENT high-pressure hose and high voltage connector. The maximum working pressure of the high-pressure hose used with SENT hydraulic pump is 100MPa. Please use it when using Supporting pressure system.
- If auxiliary hydraulic products are required for this pump, please consult SENT engineer.
- please do not use this pneumatic pump near the flame.
- The maximum working pressure of the hydraulic pump is 70MPa. Please do not arbitrarily adjust the pressure regulating valve during use to avoid overpressure
