The design of self-locking jack is the perfect combination of hydraulic principle and mechanical principle. There are threads in the whole stroke range of the piston rod. After the piston rod is fully jacked, the retaining ring can be unscrewed until it butts against the cylinder body. The retaining ring and the cylinder body are stressed, so the oil pump can be removed to realize the self-locking of Jack.
It is especially suitable for the continuous support and testing of concrete beams and concrete bridges. The nut self-locking makes the load safer and can withstand the partial load up to 10% of the rated bearing capacity of the jack. The overflow hole also has the function of limiting the stroke. It is mainly applicable to the mechanical locking of power plant, petrochemical industry, machinery manufacturing and installation and curve bridge positioning.
