Application
  • Check whether all parts are normal before use.
  • During using, the provisions in the main parameters shall be strictly observed, and super elevation and overload shall be avoided. Otherwise, when the lifting height or lifting tonnage exceeds the provisions, serious oil leakage will occur at the top of the oil cylinder.
  • If the oil volume of the manual pump body is insufficient, it is necessary to add n33# hydraulic oil that should be fully filtered into the pump before it can work.
  • For electric pump, please refer to the operation manual of electric pump.
  • The center of gravity of the weight shall be moderate, the force point of the jack shall be reasonably selected, and the bottom surface shall be leveled. At the same time, considering the soft and hard conditions of the ground, whether tough wood shall be padded, and whether the placement is stable, so as to avoid weight sinking or tilting.
  • After the jack lifts the heavy object, the heavy object shall be firmly supported with a support in time. It is forbidden to use the jack as a support. If you need to support heavy objects for a long time, please use CLL self-locking Jack.
  • If several jacks are required to lift at the same time, in addition to correctly placing the jacks, multiple top diverter valves shall be used, and the load of each jack shall be balanced. Pay attention to keep the lifting speed synchronized. It is also necessary to consider the possible subsidence of the ground due to uneven weight, so as to prevent the danger caused by the inclination of the lifted object.
  • When in use, first connect the quick connector of the manual pump with the top, then select the position, and tighten the oil drain screw on the oil pump to work. To lower the piston rod, slightly loosen the hand wheel of the manual oil pump in the counterclockwise direction, unload the oil cylinder, and the piston rod will gradually lower. Otherwise, it will be dangerous to descend too fast.
